Q. What exactly do you do?
A. We provide the means for businesses to process credit card and other payments by combining various hardware and software solutions and providing the actual service of processing the payment. A processor is required for a credit card transaction and to deposit funds to your business bank account. We also offer other services including fraud detection and merchant cash advance services.
Q. Am I qualified for a merchant account?
A. Merchant accounts are provided to businesses who meet some basic requirements based on the type of merchant account they are interested. We can best answer this if you contact us directly so we can discuss the requirements and your status on qualification.
Q. What type of credit cards am I able to accept?
A. Our solutions allow you to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB cards.
Q. Do I need hardware to accept payments?
A. The need for hardware for payment processing is based on a case-by-case basis. If you’re planning on accepting a physical credit card transaction, equipment is generally required. However, if your business is going to be using another type of payment method such as handling them through the mail or over the telephone, a software solution is available.
Q. Can we use the terminal I already own?
A. We often try to use the terminals which merchants already own or have access to in order to process payment. This is on a case by case basis based on the type of hardware. If you would like to find out, fill out our contact us form or give us a call.
Q. When my transaction is processed by Credit Card Processing Specialists, how do I receive the funds?
A. We use ACH to submit funds to your business bank account from transactions pertaining to MasterCard, Visa, Diners Card, JCB, and Discover. In addition, if you establish a service agreement with American Express, they will pay funds directly to your bank account.
